Perfect for my use case.
Bought this to drill an ER32collet chuck, that I was adapting to my lathe. Having ruined three HSS twist drills, I tried this. This drill performed faultlessly. I think that the people who suffered breakages, were not fully clued up in the correct usage of drill bits. Slow speed, gentle pressure and a bit of lubrication rule the day!

Great drill bit
I use to work in engineering so knew i needed a carbide tip drill to go through my steel lintels to hang my blinds ,and i wasn't disappointed it went through like butter and made the job a whole lot easier ,will definitely buy again.

Fantastic performance on steel
I can honestly say I was utterly astonished ! The 4mm bit I purchased drilled through treated steel 3mm thick multiple times and still going The drill doesn’t wander or pickup You have to optimise speed and I used a touch of light oil and took my time

Garbage
Drilling into some fairly thin stainless steel and the bit broke within seconds (this was the first use of the drill bit). Drill at low speed and using some metalworking fluid but this bit of garbage broke almost immediately. Avoid!

Good but don't press to hard.
Got the job done although the first one snapped, could have been my fault with pressing hard to make it drill through.
