If you are talking about on of those N-Force Nerf Swords it would be a really tight fit or no, holder too tight. If you are talking about one of those Nerf Marauder Swords, nope, wont fit.

Can it hold a wooden bokken

Yep! I bought a wooden bokken off of Amazon too and it worked pretty well, the only issue is the weight can sometimes pull it down and make the case go horizontal
