Very nice!
I've had tart pans before, but none with removable bottoms. This is a breeze! The tart popped right out (and I cover the bottom with parchment paper so I can remove it off the bottom before cutting), no mess or broken up crust. Washes up so easily, I don't even put in the dishwasher (although I could). With care, I believe the pan will last many years.

I love this pan. Ordered a few sizes. It is easy to use , easy to clean and the ready tart looks beautiful.

A good deal
I am impressed at the size. The pan is very good for fruit tarts that lay flat and even savory ones like onion or tomato tart. I have been wanting a removable bottom for a long time. Beware that it disconnects very easily so put a pan under it before putting and taking out of the oven. You can almost lose a pie in an instant. Other than that it washes well. I can't attest to its durability since I haven't had it long and used it only two times. But happy with my purchase. I used it for a homemade pie crust. Not sure if store bought will stretch the required inches.

This product is really good. Better than others. I got 10" and 12". Very sturdy and non stick. Love it for fruit tart Quisches, focaccia etc.

Easy to use
I made a fruit tart and it was very easy to remove the crust from the pan.
