UPDATE: The LED light stopped working after 10 months of use. Sadly I will need to replace it as it appears no warranty is offered. This mirror replaced a mirror (not lighted) previously purchased on Amazon. This mirror is engineered better - solid mechanism - and lighted. The most important thing - I feel the mirror is of better quality. The reflection is clearer than the last - cheaper - mirror I was using. The one thing that I wish this mirror had was a flat plug. The electrical plug for this mirror is large and bulky. I may switch out the wire to a flat plug design. This could be just me but given this is an LED light - lower voltage device I would think a less bulky wire could be used.

This is a great make up mirror for the money. The 5x magnification is the most you will want, 10x gave me headaches so this is perfect. The light is fairly bright but the color temp is pretty close to 5000k or 6000k, so a little on the blue side.(perfect would have been 4200k). Only other complaint is that the 2 screws holding the mirror to the mounting plate are at the middle of the bracket and so it won’t support anything but it’s own weight. They should have been top and bottom. I love that it was hard wired/plug in and not battery powered.

This is an amazing mirror! It can be angled in so many directions and is perfect for helping eyesight when applying eye makeup, contacts, putting on jewelry, etc. It was not difficult to install and it is very sturdy; looks expensive. This mirror gets use every day and we are so happy that it does not take up room on the small vanity counter. Even though the mirror has lights, it works just fine with only natural light. Overall, very pleased with this mirror.

I am writing this review for my wife. She loves the magnification and the light level some mirrors. Magnification were just too much. This one seems just right. However, there is a defect in this product. We had to return the product once before because if you leave the main switch on and just rely on the touch light sensor to turn it off, it would come back on by itself, intermittently. We’ve had the replacement for a few days and the same thing happened. Just have to turn the main switch on and off and only use the mirror touch sensor to increase or decrease brightness. Don’t rely on it to turn it off.

I love this mirror. I can't see that well, so the lightning & the magnification is very helpful!

I’ve had two of these mirrors. While they are very sturdy and appear to be made well in that respect, the light malfunctions and turns off and on sporadically and it will dim while I’m in the middle of using it. I will adjust the lighting again a and it will go dim again. Sometimes it just cuts off and then comes back on if I wait a few seconds. Both mirrors did this. They both started to malfunction a few months after I had purchased them so there was no way to return them. They would be perfect if they would just fix that problem. SO, FIX IT!

I wouldn’t recommend using the anchors provided. The reason is that the mirror is hefty and the articulating joints somewhat tight (but not too tight to move easily). I used zip-toggle anchors into Sheetrock. Get some with a small head so they don’t keep the mirror from sitting flush on the wall bracket. If you can hit a stud with about a 2” screw that’s better. The light has a on/off switch and a brightness adjustment that’s behind the mirror (touch sensor). Easy installation. Useful and looks great!

I reviewed a few mirrors and was pleasantly surprised at the way this mirror stood out ahead of others I tried. The mirror images are sharp from edge to edge on both sides. The bracket was easy to install and is very sturdy. The power cord is very nicely integrated into the articulating arm and the portion that is exposed is clearly very well shielded and has a nice tight coil to avoid dangling wires. It is a joy to shave and see what I'm doing.
