These tablets should be taken off the market before someone fatally chokes on them. After choking on them for 2 different tries,I broke them in half, and they are still difficult and irritating to swallow. I finally crushed them, and even then they were not verysoluble. I struggled with them that way for over 2 weeks, noticed no change, although I realize that probably wasn't long enough.I finally gave up. Taking a pill should not be a labor.

Seems to be helping with the joint pain I added a turmeric 600 mg with it I like the refinement of the product compared to other products
