I tried 2 other brands, but they irritated my skin - Stark tape does not! It stabilizes my foot and provides some relief. It's thin and very flexible and, as others have noted, it stays in place (even in the shower). The only minor issue I have with it is that it is very thin (hence the flexibility) and sometimes it will stick to itself when putting it on and, like plastic wrap, sticks to itself. Annoying but not a big deal.

This tape is easy to apply since it’s already cut into decent sized strips with rounded corners. It stays through a couple of showers. Probably the best K tape I’ve used.

My body worker turned me on to this brand. Stays in place, even through a shower. Don’t forget to shave your body hair and watch out for skin irritation which I have had with this brand but not others. The irritation appears on the softer skin on my chest or belly (when taping a hernia) but never on my back, arms, or legs.

I've torn my rotator cuff 3 times, and they all required surgery, so I've basically been going to PT for almost 2 years. I've tried several different kinds of tape. The strong KT tape caused a rash, so I tried the one for sensitive skin which didn't adhere well, and also caused a rash. My PT therapist recommended Rock tape, and it was better, but always itchy and also caused a rash. The Stark tape is like a miracle for me. It not only stretches and gives strong support, stays on without the edges rolling up, and DOESN'T CAUSE A RASH, but it also costs less. I'll be using this from now on.

I found that this tape has a better hold than the KT tape. I have had it on my knee before for over a week. It was looking more ratty than it was coming off. Even taking 2 showers a day it held fast. Taking it off was easy and did not hurt, but it was still secured enough if I wanted to leave it on. I use it when I exercise, play golf and pickleball. My PT told me about it and now I order and use it on my own. Good product. I do prefer the pre-measured tape. Just easier for me.

Looks like the average K-Tape but this version seems off and not as effective as the normal K-tape. I'll give it a bit more time to do an update. So far, the pain is still intensively present, even with the application of this tape, compared to the normal K-Tape.
