Battery needs help😏
Will not hold a charge,and although the company seems to be attempting to reach me there has been no success on their part. I need a replacement but no success! I want to give them my new phone #,but we just keep having trouble. It's worth getting a longer lasting battery when riding an electric bicycle as you will soon find out that electric bicycles do not have the greatest range. This battery will give you a 25 to 30 mile range depending on hills and while riding on a medium setting of power output. I have my battery paired with a Bafang 750w 8fun motor. This electric motor kit has been mounted to a Giant 29er Talon bicycle. Have fun riding : )
