Good product, works great.
Edit: I changed phones, with a case on, the iPhone 17 pro doesn’t fit because of the enormous camera bump. It’s just too thick at the top to fit into the corners up top. Still works perfect for my old phone. No issues and I’m bummed I cannot continue to use it because it’s been great. It's cheap but works great. Had some trouble with the supplied clamp since my bars are thicker than normal but I got it after a little fiddling around with it. Ran the wires under the gas tank and to the battery no problem, so no messy wiring hanging out. It holds my phone security, it's the base s23 so it's smaller than most phones. It wiggles around just a tiny bit but stays put, a bigger phone would be held tighter. The corners capture the phone so no chance it's going to fly out. The wireless charging works fine but this unit allows for wired charging as well. The only real issue I have is blindly clicking the three way switch, which lights up when active, just can't see it since it's underneath the charger. I've been able to activate it no problem just have to feel for it. It's a good product and pretty low profile. I only use it when I need GPS and it's been perfect. It's nice that it is secure and doesn't require a bulky case to lock in. Also, the popular one you see in a lot of videos does not hold as secure and bounces around with vibrations. My buddy has it, it's the one with little arms that hold the phone and his phone has come out a few times. I don't worry about that with this one.

Holds Pretty Good at 95 MPH
Works pretty good. Attaching it is fairly easy. Running the battery connection can be a pain depending on your bike but mine was fairly easy though I "Almost" couldn't use the charging feature (The whole point of buying it) because my bike is a bit long and because of where I "Could" put it without adding some more wire. I realized the Wireless charging doesn't work well with my phone most likely because of the case. It sometimes will work but its a gamble whether the next bump messes that up. I prefer the cable charging but in case my buddy borrows my bike, he can slap his phone on. I have "possibly" gone up to 100 MPH on my cruiser with it and both the holder is nice and rigid while my phone doesn't move at all. I've hit big bumps, high winds, lots of corners and turns with no issues so far. How it fairs in the summer months of 90+ degree weather has yet to be seen and longevity. One gripe right out of the box is the silicon "cover" it puts on the power switch to turn it to wireless, wired or off. It is an attempt to make it a bit more water resistant but a poor one. It came off by the 3rd time I used that switch even though I tried not to have it come off. That little bit of silicon with how loose it was wouldn't have done much in the way of keeping water out of it. If they were to make that cover a little thicker and a better fit around the switch, This would be 5 of 5 in all aspects... at least less then a month in . I will update around july.

A few nitpicks, but good overall
I installed the Qi wireless cradle on my FJR using the mirror mount hardware. I really appreciate this option because many bikes, like the FJR, don't have standard round bars. I really REALLY wish this cradle had a standard 17mm ball mount, but it has an oddly small ball size which really limits the mounting options. With a 17mm ball I would have been able to slap it on my existing Techmount or Ram posts and been ready to rock. Regardless, installation is easy and allowed me to position the cradle so it doesn't interfere with my switch operations. I wired mine in through a Neutrino so it's switched hot, but it does have a waterproof switch on the back which allows you to independently turn either the Qi or USB charging on. It has a small blue LED to indicate when the unit is on, but its fairly inconspicuous which is a double-edged sword. Bright, obvious LEDs get really annoying at night, but inconspicuous LEDs get overlooked and batteries end up drained. Ask me how I know. :-) So for me, the waterproof switch is awesome but switched hot is the way to go. I do really like that it has both Qi and USB options because I use the USB port for charging things other than my phone, so it's good not to be limited to only Qi. I'd love to see the retention corners just a hair deeper. I have a Samsung S10e with a Poetic case and it works just fine, but it wouldn't accommodate anything deeper. The corner retainers themselves could actually hold a slightly deeper phone or case, but the way they are set into the cradle actually makes the back of the cradle itself the limiting factor, not the corner retainers. With a slight bit of redesign, this cradle could hold a deeper phone without sacrificing any security or stability. The arms are a bit rattly without a phone in them, but with the phone mounted up it is quite solid. I'm coming from a Ciro charging phone mount which has SUPER solid phone retention which I absolutely adore, but their newest charging cradle doesn't survive through the moisture of a sloppy sneeze, so I've had to look for new options. Many of the other Qi cradles have really questionable retention and the four-corner retention was the biggest deciding factor for me on this cradle, so I'm really glad it works with my case. The Qi charging has worked flawlessly so far, as has the USB on my various accessories. Time will tell how durable this unit is, and because very few people put their farkles through the kind of high-mile, rough-road, bad-weather abuse that I do, I should be able to tell pretty quick if this baby is going to be good for the long haul.
