Better than a Similar, Much More $, Stirrer
I bought the Cole-Parmer 37130-9003 Egg-Shaped Stir Bar, 3" L x 3/4" Dia; 1/Pk in April for $43.83. And it has worked well. But when I couldn't find it last week (since found), I ordered this very similar stir bar. Hands down, this iitem performs better. It's heavier, bigger, and thus mixes more. This magnet is significantly stronger. It will move itself to the magnetic center above the magnetic stirrer if the I place it anywhere close to that location. Also, this stir bar can handle a significantly faster rate of rotation per minute without spinning out. I got it up to 400 RPM, mixing lye into 4L of water, and had no interest in going any faster. I am assuming this stir bar will last for a good while, given the material of its composition. I will report back if any problems arise in that regard. At the moment, I am tickled pink. Update: This stirrer is also significany quieter than other stir bars I have used. Once it gets up to speed, I have to look at the surface of the liquid being stirrer to verify that it is being stirred. I received no compensation or benefit for this review.

Vortex drinking water
These are extra "pills" for my magnetic stirrer, Perfect for my needs, I use them to vortex oxygen into my drinking water, also I use them for stirring my coffee, I use powdered milk and a tablespoon of honey, and these are the perfect size for a coffee cup, ads oxygen to my coffee also! Water Vortex machines can cost hundreds of dollars, but these magnetic stirrers are cheap and do exactly the Same thing!!!

Note - This is for only 1 Even Though The Photo Shows 3
I should have read the description closer but be aware this is only for one unit and not three. Overall pretty nice and good quality but pricey for one piece.

Great product, zero issues
Why did you pick this product vs others?: great when you have a lot of sediment to stir in your extraction that causes typical stir bars to become over encumbered and pause, no longer stirring. Soap nuts, arnica, ashwaghanda even zinc oxide is no challenge for these stir bars, provided you have the right amount of transport medium/solvent (Water, alcohol or oil)

Good for highly viscous mixtures
I use this to blend very thick (like mayo at blending temps of 125f) mixtures on a magnetic stir plate, it works well when the flat side lies on the bottom of the beaker. The size and weight are very good, but the outer sheathing could be a bit stronger

Fits the Corning PC-611
I got this because it’s almost the exact same size as the one for the Corning PC-611 and it seems to work perfectly. It’s a fraction of the cost too!

Chnge your photo to show 1 bar not 3 bars. Change your heading from "Bars" to Bar.
People, including myself, just quickly brouse the photos and description to help them make the purchace within 3 to 5 seconds. This is add/item is totally misleading showing 3 bars in the main photo, stating Bars in the description and 1 in the quantiy but not 1 quantity = 1 bar not 3 bars. I've read that I am not the first person to be shocked with the lack of bars when delivered..
