I believe this is the perfect item for young people training for the martial arts. The item is durable and will help a child develop their hand/eye coordination. Great product!

I bought this because I’m in karate and practicing my concentration and aim can be difficult at times. This helps me to time my punches appropriately as well work on my concentration. It can be more fun than practicing on a punching bag. Overall lots of fun for the whole family.

Just received, just tried 3 different levels, all 3 Velcros ripped when I tried to take it off the head piece. Why would you make it Velcro knowing the elastic cord will be constantly tugging on the Velcro ?! If it didn’t rip, the elastic would’ve cut through it sooner than later. The one for kids has metal clips.

A very useful product for training reflexes, it is used for training and is fun. It's a little difficult to use at first, but once you get used to the movement it's easy.
