Underwater Audio 100% Waterproofing Compatible with iPod Shuffle, Swimbuds Sport Headphones, and AquaGuard (Red)

I have been swimming daily (M-F) with these for over a year now. I typically swim 2K in a pool. I am on my second set of "trees" (seal part) for the Swimbuds. What can I say? This package is simply awesome! I have the Nano clipped to my goggle strap, the wires for the Swimbuds wrapped around the straps (like an old phone cord) and then dangle the ear buds near my temple.I have not had any issues with the water seal in my ears. Once the "trees" get a little older and worn, they will start to leak. No problem, just order new (replacement) "trees".My swim/workout time decreased (faster) since I was not obsessing about lap count and/or solving the world's problems while I swim. Now, I jam! If the playlist contains some ballads, then my swimming gets a touch slower, if the playlist is hard rock, well, you know the result...I really like these buds and the Nano is awesome for lots of reasons and uses (running, cycling; simply clip the Nano to your hat or clothes).FWIW, I tried other brands and nothing even came close to working like this set-up.If you are even thinking a little about some music for swimming, get these! You will not regret it!

When I injured my knee and could only swim for cardiovascular exercise, I was ELATED to find this waterproof iPod. It was a total game changer. I stay in the pool longer and swim harder because I have a beat to follow. The buttons were a bit stiff at first, but with use, they loosened up. The upgraded SPORT headphones give you a variety of earbud adapters for every ear shape and size, so there's sure to be at least one that is comfortable for any user. I have told many friends about this product; people at my gym have approached me about it as well. Initially, the sound quality doesn't seem that great, but it improves when under water. The red one is the second one I've purchased. I've had ZERO PROBLEMS with my first one, but it was recently announced that the iPod Shuffle is being discontinued, so I purchased a second one to have as a backup. I never want to swim without music again. Thanks, Underwater Audio, for engineering a waterproofing process that actually works.

I am enjoying the concept of swimming with music very much. That part is great. The issue I am having is that my playlists are largely populated by Apple Music. I have downloaded the songs I want on to my computer but a large number of them (70% or so) won’t sync with my IPod shuffle. It says I have to turn on ICloud on my IPod to get Songs downloaded from Apple Music but of course this level of IPod has no facility to access ICloud. Is there a solution for this?

Initially I did not think I needed to get the super duper earbuds selection but in the end I am glad I chose that option. It took me *several* tries to get a set that fit (ultimately I put different sizes in different ears) much to the chagrin of many a lifeguard. My only wish is that the individual headphones were more clearly labelled L and R but that is a very small consideration...the sound is great, the response from the company is great (yes, I needed a tutorial on how to use the various ear pieces...and they have one!) Here's hoping the set is sturdy and lasts a long time!

I have used iPods from underwater audio since 2012 and they have been utterly fantastic. I have had one since 2012 and just recently purchased another because of user error (I lost it). As soon as I realized my error I didn’t hesistate to order another immediately. The fact that they have paired their iPod with swimbuds makes this the perfect bundle. Swimbuds are the best underwater headphones out there. This allows me music while I’m swimming laps which absolutely helps keep me motivated. I absolutely recommend this bundle/product.

Holy cow... this is the BEST ever. I have owned this device for 5 months now and it works like a champ. I swim almost daily and it is in the water for at least 45 minutes every time. Not a hiccup. Sometimes you have to wiggle the earbuds a bit to keep the sound clean, but other than that I have not had a single issue. As a bonus, Audible has cleaned up their integration to iPod nano and it is easy to get an online book through their subscription and transfer it to this device without having to pay the high prices through iTunes. If you like to swim a lot of laps it is a great way to keep your mind from going numb. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny if you do a lot of swimming. The little case and extras that come with the earbuds are a nice addition, but I have found that the stock ear trees seem to work the best. The short wires on the earbuds are great... I clip the device to my goggle strap and tuck in the wires and you don't even know it is there. My biggest worry is that I accidentally drop it in the pool gutter when I am taking it off!! it's so tiny.

Delivery in time, works fine, gr8 fir swimming. Challenging if you are freediving. With this you are set for musical swimming experience withtout hassles. I stringly advise you buy a set with several models and sizes if earbuds since not all ears are equal. Once you know the model and size that fits you, you can specifically reorder the ones you need.
