Uke 'An Play Jimmy Buffett

This book would be great if the pages were all fully printed. At least 5 are only partially printed so you can play those songs or read the lyrics. I had my first copy replaced, but the second copy is the same as the first - it's obviously a printing error that affected more than one book.

I am a beginner Uke player. I guess I was thrown by the book title. Made me think this book was for beginners and definitely is not. I really can't rate it because again not meant for beginners. I won't return it because I hope to be able to use it someday.

This book does more than a lot of others--in addition to chords, lyrics, and notation and tab for the melody, the book even suggests strumming patterns for each song.

The only thing I don't like about this book is every song is spread over at least 3 pages. Many go to 4. If yoiu want to play without turning pages you need to copy them and tape the pages together. Great song selection.

This book is a good source for Buffett songs but any good guitar book will do the same. If you really want to play a Buffett song on a Uke get a Baritone and treat it like a guitar. The chords for all the songs, guitar and Baritone Uke are both one and the same. It is a good book but more of a way to make more money for the empire. It is tough to tell what kind of Uke JB is using but if one knows the tuning they will be able to negotiate the song. Not really any different, other than tuning, than a regular Buffett Song book.

Uke and Jimmy Buffett are the perfect combo.
