Probably the best sanding disks I have ever used. Will not clog AND lasts 5x longer than conventional sanding disks. Well worth the premium price if you are a serious woodworker.

I love the Abranet system! It requires an extra pad protector, and the disks are more expensive than the paper Mirka disks I was buying before. But the disks last much longer, the sander is able to pick up more of the dust, and I am able to get a much smoother finish on the hard maple I first sanded with these. Before, I stopped at 320 grit because the pads became ineffective (clogged or the grit wore out, I'm not sure which) so fast that I didn't think finer grit was even worth trying. Because I bought the 35 piece variety pack of Abranet disks, I bought a 5 pack of the protector pads separately. Now I can sand up to 600 grit, and the finish is glassy smooth. I'm glad I got 5 of the protector pads because now I can share samples of the Abranet system with friends.

I did not receive the 400 or 600 grit discs. All the other discs were present and worked great, till I went to sand to the higher grits I wanted to use. It isn't worth the time to take the whole set to return and reorder as I rarely will need those higher grits, but is worth noting. Despite the issue, I have used these for varied woods and resins. Definitely work well.

I love Merca sanding screens. I’m not even going to finish off the boxes of other discs I have. They are durable, fewer to no pigtails, great dust extraction, and deliver great results. Great product at a good price! I just wish they had bigger variety pack options.

Tried these out on a project. Wow what an improvement over regular sanding disks! They last and don't easily clog up.

These sanding disks are notably more expensive versus traditional sanding disks, but so far they seem to last at least twice as long, and because they are a mesh material, they do not hold onto contaminants, or other material that can scratch or swirl the surface that is being sanded. Overall they are working great.

The Mirka discs are excellent in terms of design and effectiveness and are a great addition to my Bosch sander for finishing work.

They really are one of the best sand papers out there though to be candid, do question the cost.
