Does it fit a 6.5 bed on a 2021 F150? I would expect so...?

Why wouldnt this fit a 2018 f150 6'6 bed?

It does, it fits all 2015 through 2020 Ford F150's with the 6.6' bed.

Will this fit in a truck that already has a liner? Or are these intended for beds with no liner?

I have a spray in liner in my 2016 F150. This liner is added protection. Glad I bought it. Not that I haul a lot of junk, either.

Will this blow out on the interstate or in a car wash if it's not secured somehow?

It’s a medium grade liner. I installed it in my 2018 F150 under a tonnue cover to keep things from sliding around in the back of my truck. As far as blowing out I can’t tell you exactly how it would perform.
