ANDIS Professional Barber Combo - CL-66325

Any barber shop you go to will have a set of these clippers hanging on the wall. I got them, prime shipping, new and perfect condition. I wish I would have bought these years ago.If anyone is a little confused by the description, I got you.This is the Andis Barber Combo™, Item #: 66325 on the Andis website.It contains two trimmers. The T-Outliner® T-Blade Trimmer. On the Andis website, Item #: 04710. And the US-1 Clipper, which is essentially the same trimmer as the Beauty Master +™ Adjustable Blade Clipper, Item #: 66360 EXCEPT it has a gray plastic cover instead of the polished chrome cover.It came with six clipper attachment combs: 1 (1/16") 1.5mm, 2 (1/4") 6mm, 3 (3/8") 10mm, 4 (1/2") 13mm, 6 (3/4") 19mm, 8 (1") 25mm;And Four trimmer attachment combs: 0 (1/16") 1.5mm, 1 (1/8") 3mm, 2 (1/4") 6mm, 3 (3/8") 10mm. The black combs are for the T-Outliner. The gray combs are for the US-1 Clippers.It also came with a tube of BLADE OIL. I didn't see this at first and bought this separately. Not a big deal, but this tube should last a while and I could have waited on buying the oil.Does NOT come with a case. These can be hung on the wall, which I am going to do. It comes in a sturdy cardboard box with compartments, which I am using as a case for now.The US-1 Clippers have a blade guard to use when storing it, but the T-Outliners DO NOT come with a blade guard for some reason. I just attached the #2 comb to it to protect the blades. Wish there was a blade guard for this, but leaving the attachment on there will help.The T-Outliner can be ZERO-GAPPED. Zero-gapping lets you get that real close cut. It basically means, you adjust the set positions of the moving blade so that it is right near the end of the fixed guard so you can cut the hair shorter. T-Outliner is perfect for beard hair and cuts a clean line when zero-gapped. The T-Outliner is the same trimmer as the Outliner II but with a different blade. I think the T-Outliner is better than the Outliner II because you can use the corner of the T blade to trim around the ears and made smooth curves on the beard.I have not tried to zero gap the larger US-1 Trimmer, but documentation suggests that it can be zero-gapped.I zero-gapped the T-Outliner using the mirror method I saw on a youtube video "Perfectly Adjust Your Andis T-Outliner Tension and Blades" by ADTheBarber. I had to angle it further than he shows in his video to make it not pinch. I held the blade at a 45-degree angle, then tightening the set screws--granted I used a glass table instead of a mirror. It only took me two tries to get it right.While mine didn't rattle, for the people complaining about the rattling noise, watch the video, the armature which makes the blade move needs to be adjusted so it does not smack into the motor when it moves back and forth.The switch isn't red, like if you were to buy the T-Outliner separately. This doesn't matter at all--it's the same trimmer. They only use the black colored switch to differentiate that it came from the Kit instead of buying it separately. Same reason the US-1 Clipper has the gray case, just so the kit is different than the individually packaged ones. It don't matter, the product is still the same.Very satisfied with these.

I got this combo set for home use only and I can’t speak to their quality compared to professional barber clippers and trimmers but only from my personal experience.I just received this set today and I used them both almost immediately. Both the clippers and the trimmers work very well and they feel like they are very good quality. The power cord on both items are extremely nice and flexible. They feel like good quality silicone.The clippers come with 9 guards. The sizes included are 0, 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8.The trimmers come with 4 guards. The sizes included are 1/16”, 1/8”, 1/4” and 3/8”.The negatives are some of the combs on the guards for the clippers came bent a little bit. It’s more noticeable on the smaller length guards. I do think they will straighten themselves out now that they’re not crammed into a box. Also, the trimmers got extremely hot while I was using them. I used an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the plastic housing and it measured 117 degrees Fahrenheit about 4 minutes after I stopped using them. I did not experience the same issue with the clippers.Other than the bent guards and the heat issue on the trimmers, I am happy with this purchase and I think they will work well for me. I do recommend this combo kit for personal use, just be aware of the potential problems that I have listed above.*Review edited 5/24/22 to add pictures of the trimmer’s internals.Looking at the components inside the trimmer, the heat shouldn’t cause any damage to the device, it just gets far to hot to hold after a relatively short time of use.

Même lorsque certains produits ne sont pas neufs ou de bonne qualité, ils essaient de les passer pareil. J'avais fait confiance à cette marque de clipper car mon coiffeur l'utilise souvent pour couper mes cheuvuex. Je me suis lancé tête béssée en achetant ces clippers. Le collis finit par arriver bien ambalé. La premiere fois dont j'ai commencé à l'utiliser sur la tête d'un de mes garçons, mon garçon commence à pleurer. Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi. J'ai demandé une explication à mon coiffeur. Mon coiffeur m'a fait remarquer que la larme était cassée. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui me rambourse un montant pour remplacer la lame cassée. Les clippers surchauffe drastiquement. En résumé, la date pour retourner le produit est déjà passé et dépuis, je ne peux pas l'utiliser. Donc un 150$ jetter par la fenêtre. N'ACHETEZ PAS CE PRODUIT.

This was a Christmas gifts for one of my brothers!! We all grew up using Andis clippers, these clippers preform quite well! Nice assortment of blade guards.
