depends on your size as a man thats 6'2" 205lbs I'm of a decent size and mi wrist are decent size this watch fits me at a medium like size kinda of a Goldilocks fit not to big not to small so i would imagine on a woman average size this would be a big watch as in face size wise its profile is thin
