Is as described and shown. Not much else to say. Other than the weightbis useful for those small in betweens on saw side lateral raises for shoulders where the cables jump 5 pounds and you want to do say 22.5 as opposed to 25. Definitely useful

Do not fit Parabody
Weight did not fit our machine very well. We have two Parabody machines. They don’t fit either. The dimensions given seemed to extrapolate that they would fit. May fit if we cut away the vinyl coating. Still serve their purpose and have not fallen off yet. Will look elsewhere in the future. Apparently most of these weights seem to come from the same manufacturers and different distributors just put their names on them. However, the store where we bought the machines were not able to obtain supplemental weights. They just suggested to go to Amazon.
