it has been over a year now, and this rice cooker still works great

I brought this rice cooker month and half ago, we used this rice cooker three to four times. Last Sunday rice cooker stopped working called the company but they don't have good customer services, I have to pay for both way shipping charging and plus $10 check.

Love the stainless steel! Works great.
