My nails have improved!
The chewables taste like candy. Before I started taking these, my nails were brittle and splitting a lot due to getting acrylics and press-ons all the time. I don’t know if it’s the supplements themselves, but I also started applying oil to my nails as well. I have noticed that my nails feel more sturdy and my hair feels more healthy. I think they’re worth it.

I love the Pink Packaging
I have been buying these for the past year. I like the taste and the pink bottle packaging. Biotin does really help with your skin, nails and hair. This last batch I received the gummies are really hard and not chewy and soft like they normally are. I prefer gummies over capsules or pills. I am hoping this was a one time thing. I will order again.
