Energy + Immune Protection. I feel healthy and protected!
I've been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. After doing some research online I found this brand of sublingual supplements. I've been using this product for about three weeks and I feel it gives me a lot of energy throughout the entire day, not just during my workouts. I usually combine it with the BIOTOPLEVEL Vitamin B12 Plus B1 & B6. Ever since I am using these two products I've never felt tired again. The immune booster proprietary blend of this product makes me feel protected as well in and out of the gym.

Tastes awful
This stuff is pretty bad tasting. I’ve been stacking it with my normal pre-workout hoping for an extra boost but it doesn’t deliver. Taste alone makes it a pass from me though.

I truly appreciate your company cares about performance and safety in the gyms these days.
Way better than other brands. My gym is crowded after it reopened and I've thinking to buy some products for immune system protection. This product is like the perfect combination, not only it gives me energy, but it boosts my immunity at the same time. I really like it and I even got my friends hooked on it. I also like that it includes immunity booster ingredients. I truly appreciate your company cares about performance and safety in the gyms these days.

Very helpful
Flavor is unique but tolerable might try to sweet it up

On the fence with this… tastes like alcohol! 😣
I ordered this not for working out, but to see if it gave me more energy throughout the day. I’m a single mama to a crazy toddler (who is currently skipping naps and waking frequently at night) and find myself running on empty by the middle of the day. I thought this looked interesting because it’s sublingual. For active ingredients, it contains Vitamin B1, B6, B12, Niacin, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, and their Proprietary Blend of Amino Peptide Complex and Caffeine. It also contains Water, Vegetable Glycerin, ETHANOL USP, and Stevia. WHAT?! Why ethyl alcohol?!!I didn’t read “other ingredients” list until AFTER I took the 20 recommended drops for one dose. We’ll get to the dosing in a second. My first reaction when I tasted it was “hmm… yum… wait WHOA THAT’S SOUR… then sweet.. then ALCOHOL?!!” It seemed to have a berry taste but I think I’m tasting the stevia mixed with something sour. I checked to see why I tasted rubbing alcohol in my mouth and sure enough, Ethanol is in here. When I smelled the bottle I was shocked! Alcohol is all I smell (very hand sanitizer-like).As a recovering alcoholic, this one threw me for a loop. I’m sure there’s not enough in here to raise your blood alcohol levels, but I’m tempted to check! I’m not sure I’ll be able to continue using this, as I avoid most products containing alcohol… Like mouthwash for example. I’m not sure why this is included in the product, but it must have something to do with all of the other ingredients. That alcohol taste remained in my mouth for almost an hour. It was on my breath, and it was on my fingers where I had touched some of the liquid. YUCK.I felt like 20 drops was a bit much but that’s the recommended dosage. I couldn’t trust the “half a dropper” guideline, so I counted out 20 drops under my tongue, then held it there for 60 seconds. I took it after eating in case it messed with my stomach. No issues there, but I did feel a little bit of flushing in my cheeks about 10 minutes after I took it (probably the niacin). About 20 mins later I had an initial rush start up, where my heart rate felt a little fast and my body felt like it could explode with energy. That went away pretty quickly, and I totally forgot I had taken it the rest of the day. Not sure if it gave me any more energy, but perhaps I was able to focus more. I got some housework done that’s been hard to do lately and piling up. Maybe it worked, but it wasn’t anything profound. If this didn’t contain alcohol, I’d probably continue taking it. If you can stand the smell and taste of ethanol, try this.UPDATE: The manufacturer’s customer service answered my question: “WHY DOES THIS CONTAIN ETHANOL?!” They said “ Hello, it contains a small amount, less than 1% to preserve the quality and freshness of the formulation.” That 1% is super strong!Hope this helps! ☺️

Well Intentioned Attempt
BIOTOPLEVEL's Pre-Workout Sublingual is a great idea. However, I think the final product could use some work. What I like:- Form factor. I appreciate the compact nature -- portable if necessary and no bulky container.- Sublingual formulation. Liquid drops that are fast-acting and highly bio-available.- Immunity boosting ingredients. Vitamins and minerals to help you stay healthy in the gym and beyond.- NO booster. Helps maximize blood flow and increase energy and physical performance.- 100% natural and organic. No strange synthetic stimulants.- Dropper with measurements. Know exactly how much you are taking. What could be improved:- Potency. There are good ingredients, just not enough of many of them. I don't notice much if any effect on energy levels or focus.- Propriety Blend. Some mystery ingredients (Biotoplevel Energy Amino Peptide Complex) and no indication of the amounts or ratios.- Taste. It is fruity sweet at first, but overall tastes like vitamins.- Alcohol. I don't mind the minute amount, but some may.Pre-Workout Sublingual is an interesting product with potential that I don't think has been fully realized. It is currently at an okay price point, so I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a workout product that delivers more. I'm hitting the gym for resistance training and cardio nearly every day, and if I had a pre-workout this compact that I could tell was helping my workout, I'd be all over it. I just don't think this one is quite there yet. Expiration Date of 03/2023 and 30 20ml servings per bottle.Made in the USA~ Kort

Why Alcohol?
At first glance, this seems to have all the makings of a decent supplement. The issue that has been raised by other reviewers, and I concur, is that it has alcohol in it. Ethanol. This is something that anyone who is recovering from an alcohol addiction should be careful of. Despite small amounts, those in recovery are going to be able to taste it...especially if it's been awhile.
