App and user instructions are poor
The tap is great and provides lovely chilled / chilled & sparkling water. However, the accompanying app and the instructions are very poor. You can register a unit on the app and the next time it is no longer there. Using the buttons on the front to reset once a filter and / or the CO2 bottle has been replaced is a guessing game at best. Could be a great product but alas Grohe seems to be experiencing a lack of care.

La instalación ha sido muy fácil en general...hay que hacerle un agujero en el armario para la ventilación del echipo. Llevo 2 semanas usando y de momento muy bien. Enfría bien y el agua filtrada no tiene ningún sabor . La agua con gas en principio me parecia poco pero a cabo de unos días tomándola te acostumbras y te parece suficiente depende de los gustos de cada uno. Para mi cumple las espectativas calidad precio. A la aplicación móvil podría ponerle más ajustes como de ajustar la dureza del agua o la temperatura del agua. Espero que fuciione bien a lo largo de los años. Si tengo problemas con el echipo cambiare la reseña.

Installation facile sur une plomberie moderne. Un trou à la scie cloche dans le bas du caisson pour l'évacuation de l'air chaud - de la patience pour le faire fonctionner : la notice dit d'attendre 6heures - au bout des 6h, déception quant à la qualité de l'eau gazeuse, la nuit portant conseil, dès le lendemain matin c'était nickel. fini les bouteilles en plastique dans la poubelle jaune ! le gout de l'eau est agréable - si financièrement la machine sera amortie après plus d'un mètre cube d'eau gazeuse ingurgitée (si on compare avec de la san pellegrino) - soit au moins trois années - au moins c'est un geste pour la planète !

Great product. No five star because the side of the machine was a bit dinged when I received it. I decide to keep it as I had no time to go back and forth. The machine sis working great and I have nothing to complain

Très bon produit ! Permet d'avoir de l'eau fraiche et/ou gazeuse filtrée Il ne fait pas énormément de bruit assez similaire a un frigo et fonctionne super bien. Assez facile à installer quand on connaît un petit peu le domaine, pour ceux qui ne font pas de bricolage apellez un plombier.

Prodotto al momento eccellente, acqua freschissima e pura, quella frizzante non frizza tanto ma, grz al venditore super qualificato e disponibile, ho avuto il numero per l'assistenza la quale mi ha risposto subito e date info più dettagliate in merito all'acqua frizzante. Risolto anche il problema del tubicino blu che perdeva, l'assistenza è stata cordiale e gentile. Venditore super consigliato
