Scale works great, works well with the software that comes to connect to the pc via USB. Everything can be done on the pc or directly on the scale if you prefer, very simple and easy to program and configure. The seller was excellent even sent a thank you card and gift. The scale is durable and long lasting. Excellent.

The scale works pretty good once you get everything configured but one of the primary functions I needed isn't possible with this scale. I simply wanted to have some PLU codes that had a zero price. I have a lot of customers I sell to who don't want me to price the items. They just want the item description and the weight. Then they display the prices on white boards/chalk boards/etc... Well, it is not possible to print off a label with this without a price, or with a zero price. I called in and spoke with their tech support. They tried to walk me through several configurations until they figured out what I was asking for and told me it was not possible.Also, I work with computers all the time and feel pretty proficient. This software looks like it was written over a decade ago. I'm surprised that it worked. It is not very intuitive and it's very clunky feeling. I ended up just programming directly through the scale interface and found that to be pretty easy. Not ideal if you have to enter hundreds of PLUs, but it works for me and my 50 PLUs or so.Overall, the scale seems to be well built and I don't expect to have many problems with it. I just wish it was more feature rich. To not even allow a label to be printed with a weight seems like a big oversight to me.
