fits good, looks good, it is plastic just to let it be know.

Perfect fit, yes they are plastic on parts, no screens, no it won't keep out heavy ocean waves or tsunamis. But it worked great on my hurricane boat and look good in place of the missing and broken plastic ones I originally had. You only get one, if you think you are going to get four for this price then you don't know anything about boats.

I used these for a vent covers in a sauna. Looks good and fits well.

It's not made of solid stainless steel its plastic and it's not louvered it's just straight bars that would allow water to infiltrate would not recommend it

Good looking vent. However, I only drilled a 3.0" hole which was not large enough & too late once you've drilled with hole saw, you can't enlarge it. The instructions clearly state 3" not 3.25" (Amazon's web page shows 3.25" - which I had noticed that). Also, there are not barbs for the vent hose to grab. I ended up going with Sea Dog.

I was expecting more of a louvered that would keep out spray. Its more like a drain cover than a vent cover. It will restrict air flow and not shield against water ingress.
