Flickering or immediately switching off after a brief flash may not be a fault with the bulbs...
I initially thought these bulbs were faulty as they switched on but then immediately off, but in fact it's just a limitation of LED bulbs in multi-bulb fixtures. My light fixture needs 10x G4 bulbs, max 10W each. If I use 10 of these LED bulbs they initially switch on and then just switch off straight away. If I have 4 bulbs or less they stay on but flicker. The answer is to have a couple of halogen bulbs in the fixture with the rest LED (as in the instructions provided and as stated in the product information). I now have 2 x halogen bulbs (10W each) and 8x LED bulbs (1.2W each) and it seems to work fine without flickering.

Description not quite there
See the picture…the light at the bottom is a 10W halogen. So the 3000K colour temperature is not the same as a halogen and the brightness is quite a bit higher than a halogen. I had to fit one halogen bulb otherwise the led lights would switch off by themselves after a few minutes because the transformer is not led compatible. I might yet correct this by fitting an led driver into the circuit. LED light distribution is very even and these were easy to fit mainly due to the design of the lights. The pins of the leds also are slightly too long and again this didn’t matter else you could snip them shorter. Value for money so far and time will tell how they last.

These bulbs are FAB
These bulbs removed all the issues I had with my under kitchen unit light arrangement - all flickering & buzzing probs have disappeared. I am delighted with this product

Nice LED’s but quite noisy.
I’ve got a ceiling light that takes 6 X G4 bulbs. These ones appear to be the perfect LED replacement.Only problem is that they are noisy! One on its own has a buzz to it. Maybe you wouldn’t notice so much. But 6 of them all at the same time and it’s really quite loud.I think at some point I’ll have to look for a different model that doesn’t buzz. But for now they at least look the part.

Didn't work on my cooker hood.
Although these didn't actually work for me, they are great little "bulbs".I bought them to replace halogen lamps on our cooker hood. I'm sure someone with the right knowledge could explain, but I don't understand electrics anywhere near enough to know why they don't quite work. Our hood has 2 lights. I replaced the blown halogen lamp with one of these and it worked a treat. However, it's a very different white to the other working halogen. No worries I thought, I'll just swap the other one out for one of the new LED's. But when both sockets have an LED bulb in neither of them work. It also doesn't work with just one LED and no bulb in the other holder.I did know that there was a possibility of them not working so I'm not marking them down.Edit.I eventually got annoyed enough with the difference in colour of the original halogen and the new Dicuna LED that I decided to try and sort it out.A little bit of self education on the internet lead me to taking my cooker hood apart to find the DC transformer. I then found one on amazon that looked like it would be compatible. It needed to be a much lower wattage than the original one which required at least 20 watts being drawn in order to work. I installed it, changed the halogen bulb for another LED and hey presto it worked. Lovely job. And saving money and the environment into the bargain.
