Product was of higher quality than the original fence cap. Much sturdier and of thicker material. Fit was perfect.

I had a cracked post cap and this item was exactly what I needed. It fits perfectly and is indistinguishable from the original cap. I didn't mind paying a little bit extra compared to the other Amazon listings because this seller provided an excellent diagram with the exact measurements. It made me confident that it would snugly fit without any problems.

It was perfect. Easy to attach

4x4 wood fence posts are actually 3 1/2 inches square. Vinyl clad 4x4 posts are a little larger than 3 1/2 inches square. So If you want to use this on a vinyl clad post, you have about a quarter inch gap to fill.

Chain chomp. Holds up to spray paint, acrylic, and enamel. Our mailbox is Mario themed, so I thought it would be suitable to have a chain chomp barking at the mail man... The chain is a goat collar chain

I had two vinyl post caps that vanished in a wind storm. I needed to replace both and fortunately I found these on Amazon. The fit was perfect, easy to install- used liquid nail glue to anchor them-they match the white vinyl fence, price was great. Highly recommend this product! Make sure you measure the size you need before placing your order!

These post caps fit perfectly over the 4x4 vinyl sleeve I used on my railing posts. I used clear construction adhesive to attach them. The only drawback was price, I felt they were a bit on the high side, but nonetheless I would purchase these again. Just be sure you check the specifications for exact dimensions. Just because they say "4x4" does NOT mean they are all 4x4. Some are 3.5"x 3.5", others are 4.0" x 4.0", etc. The point is make sure you understand if you are putting these on top of a vinyl sleeve or directly on a 4x4 (3-5/8" x 3-5/8") treated lumber post.
