Helps with dry mouth for a short while, but no orange flavour at all, just mint.

When you are on medication that dries your mouth whilst you sleep use these break them into 4 and pop in mouth b4 you go to sleep 1 each side will help

give these a try if you find yourself searching for some relief thry come individually wrapped and small enough to keep in your pocket. ive used several brands and also sprays. prefer these lozengers myself.
