Good for a beginner
This was my cheese making starter kit. They are ok. I plan to purchase different ones next time.

Lovely set but some issues!
The set came and the baskets are heavy duty and very nice the only issue is the follower! I was trying to press a cheddar wheel and the follow is not staying flat. The sides curled before I got a full 3rd level press in. Add to it that it is a bit too small and does not meet the sides which causes the cheese to mush up and ooze around the sides trapping it. The mold is sturdy and nice but the follow is garbage!

It's not a good rennet
Rennet didn't work at all.

Nice starter molds
The follower fits the molds well. The molds drain well. I do wish the taper was a bit less on the mold so the follower could fit lower for smaller batches but it fits 1gal+ batches well. They supplied a small pack of culture too, which was nice.
