RIP-IT Girl's Defense Pro Softball Fielder’s Face Mask - Gloss

It saved me a couple of times with collisions at the plate. I pitch and sometimes the runners don't see me covering the plate if the ball gets by the catcher/ The mask turned potential injury into nothing. I'm glad I bought it. You can shape the mask slightly to fit your head, but it is certainly strong enough to take a serious impact. Allows me to field better on balls hit back through the box because I'm not worried about taking a bad bounce in the face.

I would never let my daughter play softball without wearing her RIP-IT mask. This is her second one and the only reason we ordered another was because she went from the Youth Size to the Adult Size. The new Defense Pro seemed to have made some upgrades concerning the chin piece and the blackout technology which seems to help with glare. I have seen too many girls get hit and these are lifesavers when it comes to noses and teeth. My daughter pitches and I wouldn't let her on the mound without this protection. This mask is better than most because they are more comfortable and my daughter says that they don't impare her vision like some masks she has had in the past. I would highly recommend this protective gear.

My daughter loves this mask. It’s way better than her last one that had the padding keep falling out. She’s a pitcher so she needs all the protection she can get and something that’s reliable.

Works great. Fits my 13 year old daughter perfectly. The straps are adjustable so it's very forgiving.

Comfort-wise, it fits snugly and doesn't obstruct her vision or hinder her movements. The adjustable straps ensure a secure fit, and we have not had to worry about it slipping off mid-games. The lightweight design is a blessing, as it doesn't weigh her down during those long innings in the scorching sun.

I'm a 30 year old dude that didn't wanna take a ball directly to the noggin while pitching on my slowpitch softball team. A lot of the reviews and the product info kinda misleads you to believe these masks are for women only, but they're unisex. I don't know how a mask can be for one gender only, it's just metal and velcro. Haha... Anyways, it's a good mask. If you're a person that wants to protect your face, it'll certainly do the trick. Wouldn't play a game without it!

My daughter grew out of the youth version and now tried the adult version. Great fit. Easy transition. Good brand.

Purchased the adult size for my 11yr old daughter. Fits well, and light weight. Took a few practices to get used to it but now she hardly notices it. Definitely gives her more confidence. I also put some colored duct tape on it as many of the girls on her team have the same mask.

Great item. I've used others but this one is the most comfortable and allow great visibility. Recommended!

I ended up selling this because it didn't quite fit my head and it bothered me wearing it against my beard. But a decent product none the less
