Awesome Jacuzzi, highly recommend
I purchased this at the end of 2017, so I've been using this over a year prior to writing this review. We're a DIY type of house so we needed to know more information that was readily available on Amazon or their website. Their support was very helpful providing all the documentation and answers ahead of time so we could prepare the electrical and plumbing prior to receiving the tub. When it arrived, from shipping, the LED light didn't work. Under the tub there are a number of wires and the one with the label for the lights had simply come loose during shipping, so pushing it back together is all it took. Every time we turn the LED light on, it defaults to rotate through the colors, so I am just accustomed to hitting the light button X number of times when I turn it on to bring it to the color I like to use.We use the tub most weeks and have not had any problems with it over the last year.As others have mentioned, the back jets have the potential to spray water out, but through use, we've found that it only really happens if the water level isn't all the way full. The auto-shut off will let the jets turn on when the water is maybe 80% full. If two people are sitting with their backs on the pads, that's not an issue. If you're in the tub by yourself, and turn the jets on at 80%, the side without a person has jets not fully submerged so those will try to shoot water out. We either both sit with our backs against the pad before turning it on, or wait until the water is all of the way full before turning on the jets and have not had any issues. One thing I wish could be changed is that the temperature display is in Celsius only. We just deal with that by knowing we want it around 39 to 41 degrees Celsius since we use Fahrenheit for everything else here in Florida. When we first used it, something we didn't know and couldn't find in the manual is that it auto-locks the touch panel after 5 minutes. This feature is great so you don't bump it or get it covered with water making it think you pushed something, but for anyone else, through playing with it the first time, we found you just press the power button for 5 seconds to unlock it and then use as normal. It auto-shuts off after 1 hour of use, which is good so we know we've been in there long enough already. This tub has a lot of room inside.Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase and would likely purchase another if we ever moved and could not take it with us.

we were looking 6 month for source of bad odor in our master bathroom finally we find out ...
I have installed this tub in my new built house in master bathroom. it pump was not working and after some expensive diagnostic We find out its water sensor level does not work properly I ask their support for replacement they have not sent it yet after 4 month. We by passed the sensor and its pump worked finally but the water pressure is too much and water splash out from the tub. I asked their support for a solution but they did not suggest anything.we were looking 6 month for source of bad odor in our master bathroom finally we find out this tub is the source of really skanky small after about 9 month there are still some odor in our bathroom.

The tub of all tubs!
Gorgeous tub, bought it for a bathroom remodel, and it fit perfect, shipping was quick and packaged very well. Small little issue, which was probably from the heat of shipping, but the seal around the glass had a tiny leak (perhaps shrunk some), but a small bead of silicon under the gasket fixed the problem right up, just be sure to fill it and keep an eye on things. Also keep in mind that this tub uses around 27.6 amps running at full power, with the radio, lights, heater, air jets, and ozone sterilizer, so have a 30amp breaker available. Once up and running, it is quite enjoyable and relaxing, heats the water nicely and leaves you super relaxed.Edit: (9/9/16) A little over a year since we had this bad boy installed and everything is still working great! Ended up hooking the radio up to in ceiling speakers for a more uniform sound as the ones that come with it are a bit weak. Also ended up upgrading our water heater to a tankless one so that the unlimited hot water coming out can stay hot and less strain on the heating element to keep the water at temp. Over all I'm still very satisfied with this tub!

Does not include lights, heater or speakers
All the reviews and pictures are of the older, better model, so here's one for the current version you'll get.Let's ignore for a second how I bought the tub during the product downgrading. When I ordered it, it had an inline heater, FM/bluetooth, and lighting. When it arrived, all those features were stripped out leaving just the basic tub. Also ignore how I had a 30 amp circuit ran to my bathroom in preparation, while the stripped down new model only needs a standard 15 amp circuit. And finally, ignore how Ariel DIDN'T CHANGE THE MODEL NUMBER after removing all the features. It's a 12-digit number! Why wouldn't they change even one digit to reflect significantly different features? The tub itself has the ergonomics of a wooden crate. Imagine coming home from work and laying back in your nice whirlpool. Except you can't. The sides are straight up. No back support at all. Unless you try to stick an inflatable pillow under your lower back, you aren't leaning back in it. Maybe that's why they deleted the heater, you can't stay in it for long.Next, the bottom of the tub is loaded with nice jets spaced only 10" apart. I dare you to put a ruler across your butt and see where you'll be sitting on those lumpy jets. Then there's the build quality. It creaks, snaps, pops and groans getting into it. Thin fiberglass attached to a thin 1" square frame. So durability is questionable.
