Q: Will this case fit a meter with the magnet attached to it?

Yes, the case will fit the Fluke DMM with the magnet strap attached. Fold it behind, or in front. I have no problem with that same set up.

Q: Will this fit fluke 289

not sure. but it fits my fluke 117. also fits the fluke 115 and 116.

Q: Will this fit my fluke 73 series ii multi meter?

I use the case for a model 117 typically. A 179 also fits but slightly snug as it is a little wider. A 73 is slightly longer but narrower and slimmer than a 117, so should fit Ok.

Q: Will it fit a fluke 23?

I would guess no. I have a 117 and it is smaller than the 23 I had at work.
