Nintendo 3DS Charging Cradle w/AC Adapter

I received a used 3DS that was in a fairly beat-up condition. It has had issues charging for months, requiring the cable to be inserted in a very specific way to charge at all, and slowly getting worse until last week where it stopped charging at all.I bought this charging cradle and now my 3DS is charging just fine! The cradle charges using the golden contacts next to the charge port instead of the charge port itself, so once I cleaned the gold contacts on my 3DS with a small brush and a little water, this worked like a charm!Also to note, this cradle came with a unique DSi-3DS charger that connects to USB instead of being plugged in to the wall, and also a free wall-to-USB brick.

This charger is a perfect fit for my original Nintendo 3DS! It comes with a USB charging cable and wall plug too and all around makes my system that much more usable as I can dock it and it looks almost like it's on a display stand on my shelf. Love it! A great deal too given that a lot of 3DS things are getting harder to find.

The media could not be loaded. This product is misleading.. I though they send the original charger and cradle .. I receive only the cradle with a blackberry AC adapter .. and the cradle doesn't work .. don't buy this product ..

This product met my every wish. It charges my 3DS, so the broken charging port isn't a problem anymore. Because I purchased this item, I'm able to enjoy many more years of my console, and I can play it without worrying about it dying with no way to recharge it. The delivery speed was excellent, and the port included a cord, which was unmentioned, but a very welcome surprise. Excellent quality, care, and delivery. Definitely recommended.

I didn't even get the charger and you know what I got instead just the dock, a USB cable and some power block.

I originally bought this cradle as an alternative to my charging port, because right now I have to hold my micro-USB at really weird angles to get it to work. I saw that some people said it was finicky and that it didn't come with a charging cable, but I was fine with that because:1) my charging cables all work fine; it's just my 3DS port that's broken, and2) I was okay with it being finicky, because I thought it would still be easier than using a broken port.The product shipped on time and arrived very early, which I loved, but unfortunately, it is just as poor quality as the other reviews said.Pros:-very easy to hook up to the charging cables and to put the 3DS in-lightweight, doesn't take up a lot of space-looks easy to disassemble if you need to do that for some reason (screws on back)Cons:-very, very difficult to get it to work!-doesn't matter if I angle the product, add weight, leave it alone, or use different charging cables--it just won't charge my 3DS for more than 5 minutes before ceasing to function.Conclusion: I would only buy this charging cradle if your 3DS's charging port stops working completely--and even then, it might be worth it to just completely replace the tiny 3DS piece. Out of the box, the dock had slight dent marks or scuffs that made it looks possibly used and the Samsung block it came with was extremely scratched up and stopped charging after about an hour of use. Dock looks nice though and still works so I can’t really say much bad about it.
