Q: Can you cut these in half?

It would be real difficult. They are a tiny red gel pill. At 50mg, they are a very gentle pill. My grandchild has been taking them since she was 5. For myself, I have found a cup of Cheerios in milk and a half glass of prune juice an hour before bedtime does wonders in the morning. My grandchild takes one 50mg stool softener - CVS Brand, and one 25mg Ex-lax daily. Kids don't seem to take to drinking prune juice - maybe one day.
