This is my second set of these particular support insoles and for me, they work very well in giving additional arch support. I use them for walking shoes and boots in particular, replacing the insoles supplied by the shoe manufacturer which I generally find inadequate for the job. I would definitely recommend, although they are pretty expensive for what they are.... but you've only got the 1 pair of feet afterall!

Good product… can transform an old pair of trainers or shoes into something fresh that has a comfortable and new feel about it…and of excellent arch support..

After having had plantar fasciitis for about 5 months and treating it with pain killers and exercises, I bought these insoles.They are well made and fit in my wellies well, which I use for dog walking twice a day (about 3/4 hour each time). They feel a little strange with the pronounced bump in the middle, but so far seem to be reducing the pain (only my left foot, by the way).Early days yet, but I feel they are helping.

Received these really quickly and size fitted my same size trainers perfectly. I've tried loads of different insoles to deal with my high foot arch which results in so much pain in the ball area of my big toe. Initially the lump in the middle of the sole felt so uncomfortable and I doubted I would be able to wear these for any length of time. After around 20 mins of walking you start not to feel the lump, so it's worth persevering. After a few 2 hour walks I was still in pain but not as much as I would've been without the sole. These soles don't work as well as i'd hoped. If you have a high foot arch there's no support on the inside where you arch is. The only support is from that lump and the heel area. Having a high foot arch creates pressure on your heel, balls of feet and makes the inside of your feet lean inwards. If you suffer from pain in the area around the ball of your big toe and balls of other toes then I reckon these won't solve your problem. If they had support in the arch area and included the lump then I reckon they'd be more effective.

*******Edited after a couple of weeks: I’m ordering another pair now so I don’t have to move them around different walking footwear. My feet are way less sore wearing these.I wasted £12 on insoles recently which did absolutely nothing, so I was reluctant to buy more. I’ve upped my walking to at least 10,000 steps a day and for the first time ever, my feet were sore. I had pain in my arches and balls of my feet. A quick Google led me to believe my high arches could be the cause. I put these insoles in my walking boots today and walked 8K and I really noticed the arch support right away. It was really pleasant and confirmed my suspicions about my arches being high.The insoles fit my size 5 boots no problem; although I initially and stupidly left in the original insoles. Once they were out, these were perfect. You’ll need to adjust your laces a bit. Anyone complaining about them being too big obviously doesn’t realise they can be trimmed.I’m hoping they help my feet ache less. So far I’m pleased.

Excellent comfortable

I was suffering with plantar fasciitis so badly it was hard to get out of bed with any range of motion in my feet and ankle and without pain, despite having "full range of motion" in my ankles and considerable calf/tibialis strength and development from gym/S&C [strength and conditioning] work...Tibialis work and calf raises, as well as band walks for the lateral musculature of the lower legs.I was forever using a lacrosse ball for SMR [self-myofascial release - like using a foam roller etc, massage self on problem areas basically] under the arches of my feet for temporary relief but never feeling like it could do quite enough. The nodules in the arches massage this point and break up any adhesions and tightness there responsible for the issues.I have flat feet too which can exacerbate knee issues, I do some S&C to correct this also [for the curious, leg work in just grippy socks, split-stanced squats with two blocks under the foot leaving a gap between them where the arch is, making contact on one with the heel and on the other with the forefoot], but need some support too when I've trained these muscles.Initially wearing these for too long was agony, but I built up bit by bit per day.I am on my feet all day at work so I use Nike Air Max trainers for the cushioning, these add a further level of arch support that most trainers don't have, more heel cushioning, whilst continually massaging the problem area under the arches, I can now wear them all day and it keeps the issues away in conjunction with the S&C and has eliminated the need for lacrosse ball SMR on the arches.The barefoot crowd say do away with arch supports entirely, but that can be too extreme and do more harm than good, combine with S&C for the arch musculature and functionality etc and maybe over time the issues can lessen as I have found.There may be a deeper root cause sports physiotherapists/foot function experts can shed further light on, but these are my experiences for whom it may help, and these insoles were a key part in taking away pain from being on my feet all day and plantar fasciitis setting in after running and sprinting etc, and now seem to offer continued prevention of the issues coming back in conjunction with the S&C measures I've shared.

As many other people have said the location of the arch support is too close to the heel and therefore the whole insole is useless because it cannot support the arch of the foot and would lead to terrible damage to the foot if used. So I will return it. I added photos comparing the insole to a different brand I previously bought (brand concealed as to not come across as wanting to promote another brand over kelaide) and fitted a rubber band to mark the highest point of the arch support and it's a 2cm (3/4 ") difference, which is a massive and unacceptable discrepancy.

Was soll ich sagen, diese Einlagen sind traumhaft, besser wie die Orthopädischen. Sie stützen super meine Ferse/Fußgelenke, ohne zu drücken. Habe absolut keine Schmerzen mehr in den Füßen, das Einkippen wird ganz wunderbar verhindert. Der Fuß bleibt gerade ausgerichtet. Der Höcker vorne an den Zehengelenken ist ausreichend, kleiner dürfte er nicht sein, hilft super bei Plattfuß, auf sanfte Weise. Klare Kaufempfehlung bei der selben Fußfehlstellung wie ich habe.

Je suis très content de cette paire de semelles par rapport à mon problème de douleur à l'avant du pied. J'en suis à mon troisième achat. C'est celle qui ressemblait le plus à mes semelles orthopédiques. Très bien pour les chaussures de travail. Je marche 12 heures par jour. Elles sont un peu épaisses, elles ont donc un bon amorti. Par contre, elles ne rentrent pas dans certaines chaussures de ville. Il faudrait en inventer des plus fines.

Auf Grund vermehrter Fußschmerzen war ich auf der Suche nach entsprechenden Einlegesohlen, um mir damit Linderung zu verschaffen. Da bei mir Knick-, Senk- und Spreizfüße ärztlicherseits diagnostiziert wurden, wurde ich hier bei meiner speziellen Suche fündig. Da sie mich sehr angesprochen haben, bestellte ich mir diese. Habe sie schnell erhalten und gleich in meine Schuhe eingelegt, die Größe (41) war genau richtig. Sie sind recht stabil, was mich sehr begeistert hat. An den Fußsohlen schmiegen sie sich sehr gut an und man hat ein sehr gutes Tragegefühl. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch keine Aussage treffen, da ich sie erst ein paar Tage verwende. Aber bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann sie weiteren Interessenten absolut weiter empfehlen.
