Do you know if this is in scale with the lego tumbler 76023?

Not sure if the whole model is but I know it uses the same sized tires

Is this the same as the original lego batmobile # 7784? also, does it have the engine like the original?

The original version had 3306 pieces. Lego later released an updated version with a revised roof that had 2 additional pieces.
