This is my favorite vitamin c. I love that it’s made of real, raw food ingredients. The capsules are a little big, but as someone who does not prefer to take pills these I do not mind. They have no taste so they are easy to swallow. I take these every time I feel a cold or sinus issues coming on and it absolutely helps! Been buying this brand for over 5 years

I ordered this Vitamin C product as well as Vitamin D 3. They were delivered as promised, and that is very important to me. Also another item that is important to me is that they are in brown glass bottles very very important to keep your vitamins fresh to the very last one. I also hope they supply the nutrients that I need. Only time will tell.

I wanted to love these, and I think the product is fine, but they gave me stomach ache/cramping feeling a few hours after use. I wondered why I was getting daily stomach aches so I stopped taking them and the aches stopped. I had the same issue with this brand and their raw D3. I don’t think I normally have a sensitive stomach so I’m not sure what the issue was for me, so just a heads up!

I like that these are food based vitamins.

After taking Vit C for years, I just realized that most common Vit C is Ascorbic Acid and synthetic yet the government let's them call it Vitamin C. I found out after researching why I have spider veins and several articles and Dr. Videos suggested it was caused from large amounts of Ascorbic Acid! Also it suggested that users of ascorbic acid had problems with hardening of the arteries compared to those that didn't take ascorbic acid. Not great news that there should be warnings for!! Needless to say I started hunting for a better choice and found these. I just received them and was impressed with the glass bottle, box, cotton to keep protected. Not many companies offer that anymore. Disappointed in reading some people received damaged shipments. I feel that is the shippers fault and not a direct reflection on the companies product. I would also not think to rate the product lower because of a shipping problem. Human error happens! I've always contacted Amazon customer service rep when any product is damaged in shipping and they have never let me down. If you don't do that then you take the loss...its a choice! I think the capsule size is great and no problems swallowing because it's smaller than most huge vitamin C pills. I love that they suggest if you have a problem swallowing the capsule then simply pull the capsule apart and add to your favorite drink. Not sure why some didn't try that and rated them lower!? I wouldn't suggest adding them to a boiling hot liquid because it might change the chemistry. In tea or coffee just wait until it cools a bit and then gently pull the capsule apart and add. I see on the package they recommend 2 a day (which I have always taken 1000 MG daily of they synthetic stuff) but I will try 500 MG and see if it works for me. Everyone is different and if some need smaller doses and then work up to higher doses or your body will react. More than likely what happened to some that had problems. I take 1 twice a day and surprised they didn't recommend because Vit C doesn't retain in your system so taking at different times is the best way to get the best results. Also surprised it didn't suggest that not to take at the same time you take medications. Vit C can lesson the effects of medications if taken at the same time. Just like, don't take medications at the same time you eat grapefruit. Overall I'm very excited by the product and great packaging. The price seems reasonable for what you get in comparison to retail prices for ascorbic acid which have gone up dramatically over the years. Will update after taking for a prolonged use. So far no doubt why mostly very high reviews!!
