I ordered this because the belts furnished by the gym are disgusting as they are used by all of the other instructors. They have the horizontal ones and I have noticed that they are all frayed, and the buckles slip so they end up tying knots in them. I also noticed a lot of the reviews on that particular type of tune belt agreed with this and that they are not ideal. So I tried this one and have been using it in Body sculpting, cycling, and yoga classes this week and it is working perfectly! The mic base fits snugly and perfectly in this belt's holder and it stays put because the opening at the top is stitched a little more tightly so it kind of "closes" around the top a little bit to keep it inside. The belt around the waist is perfect and very comfortable, I actually like it much better than the old horizontal style. I can also put my phone and ipod in it if need be. Good piece of equipment and exactly what I needed!

Compared to all other brands and this one has the best quality. I bought 6 of it for all my studio couches.

Fits universal body pack, durable fits good

This is a recent purchase for me, so I can't give any feedback on long term durability, but I do like the construction of the belt. I use this when teaching weight training classes and kickboxing classes. The belt clasp works well and I am so glad not to deal with any Velcro that could snag clothing. The mic pack slides in easily, but stays snugly in the belt compartment. The belt fits snugly to the body, keeping the mic pack from shifting around. However, the belt can be rotated as needed to lie on the floor for core work. Overall, glad I made the purchase!

I used this to hold my microphone battery for a theater production. Though the belt clip is a little bulky, I can not more highly recommend the product. Once you snap it around your hips, it stays in place except for a bit of sliding of the battery pack depending on the slickness of your clothing under it. I could have tightened it but wanted to be comfortable, and it truly is, so much so that I forgot that I was wearing it. Absolutely recommend, and I also plan to use it to hold my cell phone when I walk the dog.

I use this to coach Orange Theory. We have a communal one but I didn’t want to have to adjust it every time I had to use it. Works great with our mic system
