Celsius Not Fahrenheit
This item came automatically set to celsius and did not come with instructions on how to change it to fahrenheit. I googled and found the following: To change the temperature display on a Trane YT1F remote from Celsius to Fahrenheit, you can press and hold the Mode and ▼ buttons for five seconds while the remote is off. It changed to fahrenheit and this remote is working.

Doesn't work
The remote doesn't work. Used 2 different set of batteries and the remote still didn't work. I don't recommend.

Don’t waste your money. This is a piece of trash. Light plastic. It only worked for the first few days. I replaced batteries twice and did not work.
