I am having to return this as it will not read any DVDs, and keeps sending me to an app store instead. The only option is to pay extra for an app to play DVDs, I am not happy as this wasn't mentioned anywhere on the product description or customer comments.Update - I found a free DVD player app and now it works fine

refuses to read any form of CD, refuses read DVD's, burns but then refuses read those discs claiming them to still be blank. this is the third disc drive I've bought from Amazon then had to return and will definitely be the last as it's clear they can't supply anything with a decent build quality that actually works

My new laptop and PC dont have disc drives so got this so i can still use the old dvds I had.Its small, lightweight and portable. Easily fits in the laptop bag if needed.Read and write speeds are good and connected easily.Great little drive.

My pc didn't have a disk drive so I was super excited to hmget this product and look back some some old CDs. SC card reader is brilliant feature. Found myself stuck for a SD card reader many time, not anymore!Great product!

DO NOT BUY THIS DRIVE...!!!Plugged it in and it won't read any disks, I've tried driver reinstall, reboot, multiple USB ports... Nothing!It won't do the one thing that it says it does!

Near non-existent instructions written by a foreign interpreter whose language is not English. Once instructions deciphered, they do not cover the requirements

Works flawlessly. Can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in rip times between usb c and usb a when ripping CD but it works Heavier than I thought. And would have liked a slightly longer usb cable if I was being picky but like how the cable attaches underneath the item saves an extra cable and chance of forgetting it or losing it

This is great value for money. I burn music and watch movies.
