Excellent quality and flavor
I have used these clams in my New England clam chowder for 20 years. They are always excellent quality with great flavor. Everyone who has eaten clam chowder made with these clams has raved about it. These are not minced clams, but large chunks that add to the texture and enjoyment of the chowder.

I’m very familiar with the product. Used it many times before and get nothing but compliments on it. There are many clams and plenty of broth. I must say I believe the package went around the world twice before it came here and the can was slightly dented in a few spots. Nothing serious. I usually always receive my packages on time. One in a while it comes late. No problem. I like this product too much. Can’t wait to make it. Don’t be concerned with the slight delay in receiving the package. Be more concerned about the quality of the item. A one

Canned clams, what do you expect.
I don't know, I LOVE that these are caught/packaged in the U.S. but as usual, canned clams are like rubber band knots in clam juice. No substituting a fresh clam. However, I do recommend these if you're in the business of making clam fritters or clam dip. Could SUPPLEMENT a chowder but would never "do" on their own. Lot's of juice in the can. I was surprised at the juice/clam ratio... a bit excessive on the juice and lacking on the clams. I'm a New England brat and I know my clams, sea clams, littlenecks, steamers, quahogs, you name it, I dug for it and ate it. Outside of New England, I was appalled, much to the amusement of my friends, to hear people calling littlenecks STEAMERS, they are not steamers! Soft shells, as they are also called, or around here "long necks" are the clams to beat all. 4 stars for being from the U.S.

Perfect for a big batch of clam chowder
Very good product. Tastes great, smells great. I used to get it from Costco but they discontinued it in my area.
