My Son Loves It — Great Quality and He’s Already Upgraded Twice
I got the 15 lb mace for my son, and he loves it. The steel has that solid, smooth, matte feel to it — heavy in a good way, with a handle that has enough grip without feeling rough. He said it feels balanced when he swings it, and the weight sits perfectly toward the end, which gives that real rotational strength feel. He ended up liking it so much that he’s already upgraded twice to heavier ones. This one held up great, no chipping or loose spots, and he still grabs it for warmups. Durable, well made, and clearly something he got a lot of use out of.

My husband recently started using the Yes4All Steel Mace Bell for strength training, and it has been a game-changer for him. As someone newly disabled, finding an effective workout routine was challenging, but this mace bell has been perfect for his needs. In just a few short weeks, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in his strength and muscle tone. The transformation is incredible and has significantly boosted his confidence and overall well-being. The Yes4All Steel Mace Bell is exceptionally sturdy and well-constructed, providing a reliable and safe workout tool. It fits comfortably in the palm of his hands, making it easy to use and control during various exercises. The design ensures a firm grip, even during intense workouts. Good Budget Mace
This is a good mace overall. Negatives: My only gripes are fairly small. Upon arrival I noticed this mace had either been dropped or used previously. It had several ding and paint chips on the side. This doesn't affect use and it's merely cosmetic but when you pay for new you don't expect it to be beat up when you buy it. Also the flat face for standing it up was out of alignment soat first I thought the handle was bent. It wasn't it just looks crooked when standing. Positives: Weight is dead accurate I checked it with my home scale and it's 20lb on the dot. The knurling for grip is perfect blend of grip so it doesn't fly out of your hands and smooth for hand switching and transitions. Overall if your just starting out this is a good mace and the few little issues don't really take away from the overall value. It's not a premium mace and it has a few flaws but it will work great for whatever mace work you intend to do.

Bit of a learning curve, but it's amazing.
I have been working out off and on for about ten years. Aggressively at times, but mostly casually. I did endurance lifting and cardio with some strength training in bursts. I figured with me being comfortable with heavy weights(curling 50 lb dumbbells comfortably and benching 100lb dumbbells for full reps) that I should go with the heaviest mace. Luckily, I dialed it back and went with the 25lb. It definitely whooped me at first. I used youtube tutorials to learn basic moves but could barely get through them. Mainly because you have to control each swing or you risk kneecapping yourself or tearing something. It's been a month and a half now and with intermittent use, I'm able to control it much more easily and have branched out to more advanced moves. I feel so much stronger. I had hit a plateau at the gym and was having trouble getting motivated again, but maces seem so much more fun and rewarding. My arms have already grown about a 1/4 of an inch and my wife said my shoulders and arms are starting to show more definition. She even ordered a 10lb mace that I use for warm-ups and lighter exercises. I'll probably order heavier and lighter maces down the line once I save up more, since I can tell this is a very versatile piece of equipment. It's definitely helping me think outside the gym and now all I have to do, is walk out in the backyard and start swinging. Just make sure there aren't any pets or children around you. This thing could do some damage, for sure. Which is probably an added plus for all you zombie preppers out there.

More centrally balanced than a sledgehammer.
I was expecting more of a balance similar to a sledgehammer, but this was much more centrally balanced, just above the knurlled section, closer to the head. Maybe that is how a steel mace is supposed to be balanced, I wouldn't know as this is my first. Another possibility is mine is more centrally balanced because it is only a 7 pounder. I don't pretend to have X-ray vision, but it feels like the knob is not just welded onto a pipe, but as though it is plug shaped & going down the handle at least ~6". Also the handle diameter is different, 1.26" might be the inner diameter on my 7 LBer, but I measured 1 9/16" OD w/ my tape measure. Other than that, quality seems excellent :)) I added a Gorilla clear rubber foot to protect floors if I drop the handle and some security if the mace slips from my grip

Great alternative to dumbells
I like that the mace targets more muscle groups with one exercise technique. It's easy to get started with and even with a light weight and a few days a week I am noticing improvement in my upper body strength, especially back and shoulders. It has good grips and I can easily grasp it even with sweaty hands. I'm especially glad it is working my wrist muscles and providing strength training to a full range of motion. I highly recommend this for anyone that has trouble doing a bunch of different sets of exercises with different weights and motions. The only downside to training with this that I can even think of is that it requires plenty of room to be able to freely move around without knocking stuff over, but it really is the only downside that I can come up with to consider. Over all it takes up little space to store and you only need enough space to be able to stand and rotate it around, which does require more space than doing curls or should presses but it gives you a fuller range of muscle group work and that makes it worth it.

Great item for strength training. You can do any exercise with this item that you can do with barbells and dumb bells. I recommend purchasing a training book to learn how to use the mace bell properly and also follow professional trainers in the use of the mace bell. Best exercise equipment I ever bought.
