Tried all of the pills to no avail. All I got was a massive headache and stopped up nose. I ordered this expecting another failure. It arrived while my wife was out of town and so I tried it anyway and it worked! Tried it again the second day and it worked again, but not as well as the first day. Tried it again the third day with failure, even after several attempts. I have no I idea what I was doing wrong but I am assuming that I just need a "rest"between uses. When wife arrived home we tried it for "real" for the first time. At this point I did not know what to expect. This time it worked great! For the first time in years I was able to have sex with my wife again. We used it again about a week later for even better success. My advise is to work with it and not give up if you have some initial failures while also giving yourself some "rest" between use. Even if the pills did work for me I would prefer this system over them because of the side affects (from the pills). HIghly recommend!

Do not waste your money on this device. Does not provide the results as advertised. This is just another gimmick to take your money.

The Post-E Vac is easy to use and does work. I suggest using it along with a E.D. medication. The only difficulty is getting the rings on the Post-E Vac tube. Other than that, if you use as directeed, it works fine.

It semi works....unfortunately, it leaves it cold and since it takes so long....the mood tends to be gone.....the worst though is the cold.....

Hard to use. But, I don't think any other pump will work better. You need to find the proper diameter tube, and ring seal, and use sufficient lubricant to form a good seal. Also, I needed an additional flat circular seal with a hole in the center around my penis to get a it to work for me. Even then, when you're able to pump up your penis it's not as hard as a genuine erection. My wife wasn't very enthusiastic the one time I used it. She told me that the band, that you use to maintain your erection hurt her. Of course you can't return these things for obvious reasons. The only thing that it might be good for, for me, is for an exercise therapy to increase the blood flow to my penis. I haven't used it in such a long time I wonder why I bought it. ED pills are much easier to use, and tend to have better results.

Needed to order a vac therapy device per urologist recommendations. Hubby has been using this daily now for 3 weeks as prescribed for "exercise". It really has helped, in several ways, and is a quality product that delivers as promised.

Tube is way too small.

Item was exactly as advertised. It arrived in a timely manner. Yes, it does help achieve the desired result. Don't expect to have a natural coloring or achieve the same shape as before losing the ability have a natural erection due to a prostatectomy. My wife was turned off by this and urinary leakage occurring early on in the recovery process. I will use the product for rehabilitation, as indicated by my urologist. Unfortunately, I won't be using it with my spouse.
