I tried adding this to cookies and although it does have a butter flavour and scent, it was a bit too artificial for my taste.

I have to agree with an earlier review. I used this in potato soup. The smell and taste was awful. My kitchen stinks and the soup tasted rancid. Had to throw it out! Don't spoil your food!

...ist die fünf Sterne wert. Das Aroma ist es auch. Ich lasse, zum Beispiel, ein bis zwei Tropfen in einer Portion Hirse, Qiinoa Bulgur mitgaren um dem Geschmack etwas abzurunden, egal ob als Süßspeise oder pikant gewürzt. Ohne auf tierische Produkte zurückgreifen zu müssen kann man den verschiedensten Gerichten eine schöne Butternote geben. Das Fläschchen ist sehr ergiebig weil man nur wenige Tropfen braucht. Werde ich auf jeden Fall nachkaufen.
