Good Book
Very inspiring book by Dr P.S. Ramani. Was awestruck by his zeal for physical fitness at his age. Also appreciate the fact that he shares his knowledge on this subject.

Waste of money.
Waste of money... lot of mistakes... very difficult to comprehend... no continuity while reading... don't go for kindle version... you can't return the product also.DISAPPOINTED.

Good book with useful tips for runners
Thi is a reasonably good book that focuses on jogging and long distance running.i needed a book which highlights the importance of walking.in all its forms.long distance hikes and the props needed for the same.being a member of a walking club I wanted a book to motivate the new gen of geeks on the joy of walking.As such this is a decent book.
