This ham is a real surprise. It tastes good, has a great meat content, but enough fat. Opening the vacpak it smelled great. I chose it as it is made, unusually nowadays, without all the nitrates and stuff that have been linked to cancer, but which in the here and now, give me an unpleasant allergic response. So because it doesn't have additives it was always going to be saltier that other hams. I really would recommend it at this price, it is a complete bargain. Unless you are a seasoned Spanish bar owner who is used to cutting ham, make sure that you have a carving stand.

Very nice ham, tasty and not salty. Plenty of meat and little fat. Great seller customer service. Note: I have seen some bad feedback related to amount of fat and value for money. That sounds like people buying Paleta. Just buy a full leg ham rather than Paleta whenever you can, ham basics!

its good product ,just sometimes is difficult to cut as too dry, I had to buy a special knife only for this

I bought this Jamon Serrano for using over Christmas and I can say that I was positively surprised, the quality is better than expected. Very good flavour and the right amount of fat, you can tell it is very good since the fat melts in your fingers. I good quality Jamon Serrano can be better that a poor Iberico, easily, and that is the case with the one I got. Very good. Happy customer and I will purchase more in the future. The fact that has no additives or preservatives is a big bonus, most jamones and chorizos have lots of nitrates.

The Jamon is above expectation for the price, arrived in a nice package, once opened the sent of the fat was a good preview of the taste, Simply amazing, it is not a the best jamon you can have in life, but probably the best you can have quality/price. Can't wait to have friends for dinner to share it! just buy one, won't waste your money.

I’d ordered a ham for Christmas before for around this price, but they were always front leg hams. This year I found this one for a similar price and it seemed to be a rear leg ham - which it turned out to be. Lovely carving and great tasting. About halfway through and loving it.
