I love that the clamp is tight enough to hold my baby fine hair! I also appreciate the variety of temperature options that are on a round knob, so it doesn’t switch settings easily. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase!

Good curling iron as far as how hot it gets and the size of curls, however, the tip of this curling iron is TOO SMALL. It is very difficult to grab while using, it's too close to the iron and you burn your fingers!

Unfortunately, the markings rubbed off after just a few months. This has been quite frustrating because now I don't know what temperature the iron is set at, which is crucial for achieving the desired curl and preventing heat damage. Speaking of heat damage, I also want to emphasize the importance of using a heat protectant spray with this curling iron. I learned this the hard way when I noticed my hair becoming dry and damaged after repeated use. Without the temperature markings, it's easy to accidentally use too high of a heat setting, which can lead to hair damage. In terms of performance, when used with a heat protectant, the BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Spring Curling Iron creates beautiful curls that last. The curls are bouncy and have a nice shine to them, which I appreciate. In conclusion, while this curling iron has the potential to deliver great results, the issue with the temperature control markings and the potential for heat damage are significant drawbacks. If you do decide to purchase this iron, be sure to use a heat protectant spray and be mindful of the temperature setting. If the marking issue could be resolved, it would greatly improve the user experience.

My hair is ridiculously dense, thick and long, and takes forever to do. This is HOT and FAST for beatiful quick large curls or beach waves. Only complaint is that you can't change the voltage which means I am stuck to N.America

The handle is really hot, i was really disappointed for the handle of babyliss nano pro. Now i cannot back again even change coz its only until sept 28. I just use it trice but still the same. It's getting hot more and more.

This is the last product i would suggest someone . The distributor is also not good . They do not have exchange policy and pretty sure reason is they know the product is damaged which is why they don’t have this policy. When you switch on the tong machine the handle warms up till that extend where you can’t hold it . Being a hairdresser i have used a lot of tong machines which have always worked well but this one almost gave me a shock and ag the same time almost burnt my hand because the machine gets heated up not just the part we use for hair but also the handle. Super pathetic distributor and service .
