Works for IBS issues too.
I was very vary of trying this, given that most things marketed as healthy have something hidden in the ingredients. But was not the case when I tried the Nutraspehere Manchow soup. At a time when I was facing severe IBS issues and didn't have the energy or help to prepare soup, I tried these. And my tummy lapped it up, my IBS issues subsided and the fibers in the soup actually helped me heal and get back to normal diet. I have tried their Quinoa Puffs too, but I didn't enjoy that much. The soup has a nice consistency and can be consumed as is, without any additions like vegetables. Definitely buying them again.

Dissolves easily, no lumps. Taste is fine. Flavour is ok, has Italian herbs . Seasoning is good.

Could do with less (or not at all) chilli.
I dont like chilli powder in tomato soup. It turns tomato soup into rasam. Other than that it tastes good. I'm just happy this one is not loaded with cornstarch like knorr.

Smelks weird
It smells really weird non appetizing. You dont want to eat it after that smell .. taste is ok ok but i dont recommend it at all after eating one packet i don't want to eat again
