LORAC Love, Lust and Lace Alter Ego Lip Gloss Set

I purchased this set as I was in need of some new lip glosses to layer over my many lipsticks. I recently weeded out my collection and many of my previous glosses didn't make the cut. I have had several positive experiences with LORAC cosmetics, so I thought I'd give this collection a try. I was pleasantly impressed upon swatching these glosses for the first time. Each gloss is semi-opaque with good color payoff. Shades vary from light to dark, as well as warm to cool in undertone. The formula is sticky without being overly tacky (I personally prefer sticky lip glosses as I find that they wear longer), and very comfortable on the lips. My favorite part by far is the doe foot applicator. I have tried other LORAC glosses in the past, and while I loved the formula, I just couldn't get past the brush applicator. Overall this set is a win in my book.

First off these smell super yummy, like vanilla, which I really like. The price is excellent for 5 lip gloss and the color range is nice and the doe applicater makes it easy to apply. I was just hoping these had more of a color pay off... They are all quite sheer especially the lighter colors. So the red and burgundy are my favorites because the color is more noticeable. I think that these might be very nice on top of a lipstick rather than on there own. Which I will try before giving them to my daughter who tends to wear lighter lipgloss and lipsticks then I do. I like wearing a strong, beautiful, colored lip so that is the only reason that these aren't my cup of tea. If you like good quality, nice smelling SHEER lipgloss then you may really like these.

First, the actual lip gloss was fine. Lorac is a brand I trust and have used for years. The 3 star review is for the packaging. The box raggedy and very damaged. It was a gift for xmas and I had to remove all the glosses and wrap them in a different box. I wish I had taken a photo to upload to this review but it was xmas eve when they were delivered (no fault to the shipper, I ordered them 3 days before). It looked as if it were pulled from the trash and taped together.

I ordered these from my signigicant others account - getting that out of the way for the price you cannot beat this product, layer over some matte lipsticks or as a light gloss. I will say that it feels sticky like a gloss on your lips at first, and it takes longer than say Make Up Forever's plexi-gloss to dry on your lips without feeling sticky. The colors are goregeous, they choose all of the main shades for lips that tend to look good on multiple stin tones. Croquette, Dominatrix, they are all just so gorgeous. Definitely worth the money.

This set is a great buy -- 6 totally different colors, great quality and color payoff (especially on the darker shades!), and low price. The only shade I don't wear is the lightest, Sex Symbol -- my skintone is just too dark for that pretty cream-pink shade. I love CEO, though, which is my go-to "my lips but better" shade.Light vanilla scent. I have very sensitive dry skin and these do not irritate my lips; instead they're gently moisturizing. The formula is more smooth than sticky, which I like. Doe-foot applicator is way easier to use than a brush. And the tubes with the lace design on the cap are beautiful :)

I am a professional MUA and sometimes if you can get great quality for a deal price you don't question it! I came to Amazon because Kohl's was out of stock for the $30 limited time deal. Trust me when I say this is the exact same legit LORAC Limited Edition product, no knockoff. The quality is amazing. Applies easily, looks fantastic. I do however only recommend wearing a lip primer underneath for a little longer wear but its last time depends on how much you're using your lips.POINT IS< IT'S A GREAT DEAL AND THE PRODUCT IS LEGIT FROM LORAC

Wow! What an awesome value. These are so highly pigmented and long lasting. I expected small samples in this set but ended up with FULL SIZE lip glosses! I am so pleased. The colors are amazing and they make your lips feel so soft and smooth. Not tacky and sticky! The color is surprisingly long lasting. I'd say they're a mix between a lip stain and a gloss/balm. Super hydrating. I can't say enough about this surprisingly great purchase! I purchased this at the full retail price with no incentives. This is my very honest and unbiased review!

I bought these as a gift to myself during Christmas time. After reading all the reviews, viewing swatches on skin, and watching videos of people applying this product, I went for it.I LOVE these lip glosses. They are highly pigmented and work well over nothing, stains, creams, and lipsticks for that extra oomph.They have a light vanilla-y, cupcake-y scent that I find pleasant.Buying this set is way worth your money as the individual glosses are 16 dollars each.I would highly recommend this set for quality, price, and the way they'll make you feel glamorous~
