This product has been my absolute favorite since a trip to Hawaii in 2007! I have a medium dark tan and I don’t burn or peel easily. It’s an oily product and I do not use this on my face, but the tan that I get on the rest of my body is the best tan from any product that I have ever used! I am asked multiple times throughout the summer months about my tan and the product that I use. The coffee element works with my skin to give me a really pretty color. It does not stain my hands and rinses right out of my suit if it comes into contact with the material. I have experienced staining on towels, at times, but not enough to make me quit using the product. Many of my friends have used this. I have found that there is no middle ground; you either love it or hate it! I am a loyal Maui Babe lover!!

I love this product! I always have it on hand with extra bottles in case I run out. As a fair-skinned person that burns, I am amazed that it is able to make me tan. When you put it on it instantly makes you darker from the color of the product, but also really does make you tan easily from the sun as well (backyard tanning, beach tanning, you name it). It smells delicious and is moisturizing, which I love. The only downside is that it is quite messy and gets all over everything even if I only use a small amount so I am careful what bathing suits and towels I wear/use when I know I'm going to be using this. Or if I'm going to lay in my hammock with it on I put a towel down underneath me. So far it hasn't actually stained anything - it always washes out - but I always wash everything almost immediately so i don't know what would happen if it was able to sit on anything for an extended period of time.

It’s wonderful I am a light complected skin tone apply this. I have received a tan not real dark, but a nice Only thing is do not stay out too long if you light skin because it will burn it has no sunscreen and for the light skin gals use a sunscreen under it and you still will accomplish the pan you want, but I want to stay out more than about 30 minutes on each side does not smell too bad, but you need to wipe the palms of your hands off after you apply

Upon hearing the rave review of a friend, I purchased this browning lotion. Her results spoke for the product and I am happy to report that I too saw great results after one or two uses. Maui Babe smells like an English toffee cappuccino with just a hint of the typical sun worshiping fragrance that accompanys any tanning lotion. The downside, although there is a creamy texture, the lotion tends to sit atop the skin as opposed to ‘melting’ in as I had hoped. This requires a significant amount of working the lotion into the skin for an even result. Still, not a deal breaker, “anything worth doing...” and all that. My only real complaint is that the lotion, regardless of length of drying time, stained my white cover up. All in all, I would absolutely purchase again and would recommend to anyone who asked.

I make sure I am never without this tanning lotion. This helps me get that darker tan I like. I don’t care that it’s a dark coffee color, which you have to work it into the skin, if not, you’ll have brown streaks. Not that bad of streaks but you have to spread it and work it in. It also does smell like coffee which you only do smell when first applying it. If you wear a light color bathing suit you will need to be careful applying it so that it does not stain it. I love this product! It does not have SPF so I always apply spf first and then the lotion. I get my dark tan without burning. As I mentioned, I am never without this lotion.

Excellent product!! Enhanced my tan without peeling or burning. I have natural golden brown skin colour and this product worked wonders to enhance my natural colour. First time purchase for my holiday to Thailand and it worked a treat its just a shame its so pricey. Much better than oils and body buttersI have used in past. Just make sure you apply Aftersun regularly because it really helped sooth any soreness and dryness, making my tan last much longer than the usual 7-10 days. In fact, it has been one month since I returned and although my tan has faded, my legs which have always been pale and take longer to soak up the sun still have a golden glow a long with the rest of my body.

Love this stuff! Works well just dont wear light colored clothes and wash your hands.

Great product. Must use with other sun protection and do not get on your clothing as it can stain. Used for many years and glad to get it here in Dubai.
