Thinline Ultra Trifecta Full Sheepskin Half Saddle Pad

Initially I was reluctant as this is one of the most expensive Half pad in the market, I bought it based on 5 star review by 7 people over a couple of years & I should say absolutely no regrets! I ordered to be delivered to Japan by standard shipping & received with in 9 days, had to pay 40 USD for shipping & 40 USD custom duty totally cost me about 300 USD. Now about the product, sheep wool Leather sewen underneath a cotton pad, & a patented rubber like feel material sewen on top of the cotton pad which can hold replaceable shims to be bought separately, cost about 30 dollars each! Comes in 2 thickness for Front & rear pockets & was surprised not to find on Amazon. I Ride different Horses each time in my club, used it twice till date with Brand New Marian Toulouse Dressage Saddle with Genesis, I have seen a drastic positive change in the way horse rounds up, smoother transitions, & over all feel-communication with the horse. I never had such a Good feel with Club provided Stubben saddles & cotton pads. I use a Dover Cotton Dressage Pad & this Ultra thin line Half pad underneath my saddle.Shall update my experience after a couple of more months use.! Cheer's

This is a great pad it’s just very thick and gives a feeling of disconnect from the horse.

This half pad has made a huge difference for both my mutton withered warmblood and my high withered saddlebred. It fills in all the gaps between the saddle and the baby pad and gives them good wither relief with the roll at the front. I noticed right away that my warmblood was stretching down sooner and I was more comfortable. I was concerned that the half pad would be too bulky with the mutton withers and would make the saddle slide around but this pad stays right in place. I've tried a multitude of pads including the memory foam ones and this is the only one that works. Highly recommend.

Took a long time to come to this purchase decision but I'm glad I did it. My pad has maintained loft since February and still gets compliments and people questioning if it is new. I brush it out lightly with a cat slicker brush and it keeps the stray dust and compression out. My horse loves it, as do all the others I've used it on. Really happy with the quality!

I've used these Thinline pads before and they really make a difference on my cold-backed horse. I bought this one to use under both a dressage and forward-flap jump saddle and it fits well. I use an 18" dressage saddle and a 17.5" jump saddle with a 1AA flap and both fit nicely on the pad. Love the fast delivery and the Prime program participation!

Five star rating because of the design versatility, the Thinline panel, the soft sheepskin, and the endless shim options. I have a friend whose same pad is well into its eighth year snd still going strong!
