I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it) -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take. I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination. I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again. In the past I REALLY struggled with iron supplements - they gave me all kinds of digestive problems and I still don't tolerate pills terribly well. Feroglobin is ok but I don't really like the syrupy texture and feeling like i'm having a massive serving of sugar with each dose. These aren't crazy sweet, my gut tolerates it well too, and I haven't had any problems. I just wish that for people like me who need to take iron long term there was a bigger option or a refill that doesn't use so much plastic.

Great flavour easy to use better than tablets

I bought this iron spray as I have been very pleased with the Vit. D spray in this range. Many people talk about the gastrointestinal disturbances you can experience through using iron tablets so I thought the spray was a great idea to bypass this. However, it turns out this plan had a flaw (or two) The flavour of the spray (pomegranate) is fairly nice, but it wears off very quickly, leaving you with a metallic taste which gets stronger over time and lasts for hours It is bad enough that while I will use up the spray, I do not intend to buy it again, and will take my chances with iron tablets when it runs out As another point, the daily dose is 4 sprays (taken together or apart), this is actually quite a lot of fluid, it didn't feel practical for me to do all 4 at once, which means having to deal with the taste twice a day. Also (this is not something I have experienced) another reviewer said that iron spray can stain your teeth - I want to avoid this, so it makes sense to use fewer sprays at once to reduce the volume of fluid getting on your teeth *Edited to increase to 4 stars* While using this the aftertaste seemed to get less, so have re-ordered. Still only using 2 sprays per day though

Like many people I can't tolerate iron supplements. I'm also vegetarian so getting it from diet is a challenge. I bought the 10ml spray in the hope it might help with my symptoms from low ferritin. After the first day of 4 sprays I woke up the next morning feeling so much more energetic. I couldn't believe it was the supplement so thought it must be coincidence or placebo. The next day I felt even better. And have continued to improve, so I know it's the supplement. The brain fog is so much better and I'm now doing stuff instead of lying around feeling tired. I highly recommend it for anyone with low iron. It really does work fast. PS because my ferritin was so low I'm taking 6 sprays a day - 3 as soon as I wake up and 3 early afternoon. I'll cut it down to 4 after a few weeks and when I'm feeling back to normal.

Great stuff, kinder on the stomach than what the GP prescribed. Tastes just fine and I do feel better after a month of using it. Will continue to purchase. Also have the B12 which is good.

I’ve been borderline anemic for a while, so my energy had always been low. I started using a daily iron spray and it’s made a difference! I had my blood tested (whilst donating) before starting and then again two months later and my haemoglobin levels had gone up! The spray is super easy to use, spray it 4 times in the morning. It doesn’t taste bad, and I like that I don’t have to swallow a pill. Overall, it’s been a really simple, effective way to help support my iron levels without changing much in my routine. If you're low on iron or tired of taking lots of different pill based supplements, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

Great product, have used this spray before , i do not feel tired anymore i feel a lot better on myself.
